5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or non-performance due to events outside of our control, including (but not limited to) illness, accidents, extreme weather, venue closures, travel disruptions, or government regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Any act or omission by a performer
Any issues arising before, during, or after an event or booking

Client’s sole remedy for dissatisfaction shall be limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.
