Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At HireDragQueens.com, we take pride in providing high-quality drag queen entertainment for events nationwide. Our performers dedicate time, preparation, travel, and costuming to deliver unforgettable experiences.

As such, all sales and bookings are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed (either in part or in full), it is considered non-refundable.
 

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Client cancellations or changes of plans
• Guest no-shows
• Event rescheduling conflicts
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences or audience response

We do not refund deposits or full payments for any reason unless a performer is unable to fulfill the booking and a suitable replacement cannot be arranged.
 

In Case of Emergencies or Performer Unavailability

If a booked performer becomes unavailable due to illness, travel disruption, or other emergency:

• We will make every effort to provide a comparable replacement performer.
• If no replacement can be secured, a full or partial credit may be issued for future use at our discretion.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend:

• Confirming all event details and expectations in advance
• Communicating clearly with our team about themes, audience, and setup
• Booking only when you are confident about your event date and time
