3. Cancellations & Refunds

• There are no refunds. 
• In the rare case that a booked performer becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement or issue a full refund.
   

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for informing us of the event location, timing, guest count, and any special requirements.
• We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw services without refund if a performer feels unsafe or disrespected.
   

5. Performer Content & Themes

• Our queens are known for their creativity, sass, and sometimes adult humor. If your event requires a more family-friendly tone or specific limitations, you must inform us during the booking process. 
• Custom performances, music, or scripts must be requested in advance.
